N535EG IS FOR SALE

For both Buyer & Seller protection, all aspects of the transaction, including the deposit & disbursement of all funds, to be managed by Aero-Space Reports – Aircraft Title & Escrow (see www.aerospacereports.com) with the related fees to be split evenly between Buyer & Seller at time of closing. At no time will Seller have access to any Buyer deposited funds prior to close.

Buyer may choose test fly N535EG prior to close. Prior to scheduling such a test flight, Buyer & Seller both must execute the Sales & Purchase Agreement. Buyer must then provide to Aero-Space Reports both the requisite Purchase Deposit and a bank (or lender) generated Letter of Credit (or Proof of Funds). Finally, Buyer must sign the Test Flight Acknowledgement & Waiver. All test flights to be conducted out of the Sebastian - Roseland Municipal Airport (X26).
